You're always in control of your health information. Tell us what you'd like removed and we'll handle the rest — no need to keep the app installed.
Submit a request
Fill in the form and we'll open a pre-filled email to our support team on your behalf. We reply to every request within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, login credentials and health conditions on file
- Prescriptions, lab reports, and consultation history
- Medicine reminders, saved addresses and order history
What we may retain
Where required by healthcare recordkeeping or billing law, limited records (such as invoices) may be retained in an anonymised form for up to 90 days after deletion, then permanently removed. This is explained again in our privacy policy.
