Sehat ("we", "us", "our") is a medication management app that helps you track medicines, set reminders, and store prescriptions and lab reports. This Privacy Policy describes what personal and health-related information the app collects, how it's used, who it's shared with, and the choices you have.

We collect only what's needed to make the app work for you:

We don't ask for information beyond what a feature genuinely needs, and optional fields are always marked as such.

• To create and maintain your account, and verify your identity at signup.
• To send medication reminders and low-stock alerts based on your schedule.
• To organise your prescriptions and lab reports for future reference.
• To connect you with doctors through the Virtual Clinic, if you choose to use it.
• To process and deliver medicine orders you place through the app.
• To troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and keep the app secure.

We do not use your health information for advertising, and we do not sell personal data to third parties.

Sehat is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The medication and health information you enter is stored to help you organise your own care — not to diagnose, treat, or make medical decisions on your behalf.

You control what goes into your profile. Health details such as chronic conditions are only visible to you unless you explicitly share them with a doctor through the Virtual Clinic feature.

We share information only in these limited situations:

• With your consent — for example, sharing your health profile with a doctor you consult through the app.
• Service providers — trusted vendors who help operate the app (e.g. cloud hosting, delivery partners for medicine orders), bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Sehat or its users.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger or acquisition, with continued protection under this policy.

We never sell your personal or health data to advertisers or data brokers.

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to health records within our systems is restricted to what's needed to operate the service.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we can't guarantee absolute security, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the app's features, such as maintaining your medication history for continuity of care. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

You're always in control of your information. You can:

• Review, edit, or delete the details in your profile at any time.
• Turn medication reminders and notifications on or off in settings.
• Request a copy of the data associated with your account.
• Request full deletion of your account and associated data.

Sehat is intended for users aged 18 and above. Where a minor's account is used under a parent or guardian's supervision, the responsible adult is expected to manage that account and its data. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children without such supervision.

Some features, such as doctor consultations or medicine delivery, may involve third-party partners. These partners are only given the information necessary to fulfil the service you've requested, and are expected to handle it responsibly. This policy does not cover the privacy practices of external websites or services linked from within the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Updates will be published within the app, and continued use of Sehat after changes take effect means you accept the revised policy.
